FINAL FANTASY TYPE-0 REISHIKI (PSP) RELEASE DATE CONFIRMED (plus character pictures)

Many of you may know that there is another Final Fantasy game soon to be released on the Playstation Portable. The release date has been revealed on the official website, and it is slated to hit shelves on the 13th of September in Japan. It's theme song will be sung by the band 'Bump of Chicken'.

I haven't researched much about it so that I don't know everything about it before I play, so I can't really tell you much about it. It looks like a fusion between Harry Potter and Final Fantasy, and the game is supposed to be set in some sort of combat school. Even the school is a castle, so the scenery resembles, Harry Potter's Hogwart School as well.

Looks interesting enough though.

Anyway, since it's going to be out soon I've posted promotional CG's of the characters,......because I had them, and they're pretty cool. So yeah, here they are.

These are the characters that you can control. There's a couple that haven't been released yet though.

That girl with the scythe thingy looks cool.

This guy is meant to be the main character. Fairly plain looking in my opinion. Apparently he somehow uses a deck of cards to fight. Not sure how though. Maybe like Yugioh and summoning monsters, or throws them around like Gambit off X-Men.........

They kind of look like Tarot cards though....

Pretty creative with the names huh? Just numbers in English and some other one (French?). How would you like to be called Eight?

And that't it for today. There's two or three more playable characters but haven't had their pictures released yet. You can see them in the picture above though. One is the blonde guy with the bow and arrow. The others are a girl with a mace and another with a gun (she has a shot gun in the game though)
